1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of silkroadaisolutions.com (the "Site") and any communications you receive from Silk Road AI Solutions. By using the Site, booking a call, or opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
The Site is operated by Silk Road Supply Chain Management, LLC DBA Silk Road AI Solutions ("Silk Road AI," "we," "us" or "our"), a Utah limited liability company located at 2750 Rasmussen Road, Suite 203, Park City, UT 84098. Contact: dallas@silkroadaisolutions.com, 435.233.6044.
3. Use of the website
You may use the Site for lawful purposes to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to: use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems; scrape, harvest or copy Site content or contact information for bulk or automated purposes; introduce malicious code; or use the Site to send unsolicited communications. We may suspend or block access to anyone who violates these Terms.
4. Services and client agreements
Descriptions of our services on the Site are general and are not an offer. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, pilot agreement, statement of work or master services agreement) signed by us and the client. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls for that engagement.
30-day pilot. Where a client agreement provides for a 30-day pilot, the client's only obligation is the pilot fee stated in that agreement. At the end of the pilot the client may choose to continue to the next phase or to stop, with no further obligation to purchase additional services. Pilot fees are not refundable unless the client agreement says otherwise. Any statement on our website such as "you walk" refers to this absence of a further obligation and is not a refund guarantee.
Results. Case studies and results on the Site describe outcomes reported by specific clients over specific periods. They are illustrative, depend on each client's circumstances, and are not a promise that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Testimonials on the Site are the honest opinions of real clients, used with their written permission. Clients were not paid for testimonials.
5. Text messaging terms
When you opt in to text messages from Silk Road AI Solutions (program name: Silk Road AI Solutions Alerts), you agree to receive conversational and informational messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiries, and project or account updates, and, only if you separately agree, occasional marketing messages about our services.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies; marketing messages, if opted in, are sent no more than four times per month.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. AI-generated content and no professional advice
Some content on the Site, and some communications you receive from us, may be produced or assisted by artificial intelligence. Automated agents we operate will identify themselves as AI when asked. AI systems can make mistakes; verify important information with us before relying on it.
Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, accounting, medical or other professional advice. Where our systems assist licensed professionals (for example, research tools used by a client's CPAs), the licensed professional remains responsible for the advice given to their clients.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, page design and the names Silk Road Supply Chain Management, LLC, Silk Road AI Solutions and Silk Road SCM, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. Any other use, including reproduction, modification or distribution, requires our written permission. Third-party names and logos on the Site belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
8. Third-party services
The Site links to and relies on third-party services such as scheduling (Calendly), maps, social media and our sister brand's website. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WARRANTIES FOR SERVICES, IF ANY, ARE STATED ONLY IN THE APPLICABLE CLIENT AGREEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILK ROAD SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY UNDER A SIGNED CLIENT AGREEMENT, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY THAT AGREEMENT.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at dallas@silkroadaisolutions.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the matter.
13. General terms
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
